Meilin Chen is Now Available! – Free Action MMORPG

Little is known about Meilin Chen, but before she was wiping the sewers with Skeletons and Hakens she was best known for her masterful Kung Fu abilities. Meilin’s grace and beauty are only surpassed by her strength, speed and agility. Her poise is unrivaled as she is rarely fazed and can endure even the most brutal attacks by her foes. As a disciplined Kung Fu artist she is constantly in an attack stance with one foot up, ready to kick and inflict massive damage. Her nomadic and lone-wolf tendencies have led her to Bramunez to right the wrongs and bring peace.
Meilin is the first Cash Shop based character for Rusty Hearts and selecting her is a bit different than selecting a traditional character. After purchasing her through the CS you’ll have to navigate to your inventory and select the “Consume” tab.
Consume Meilin carefully
Right click on the Meilin package and you’ll be taken to the Avatar selection screen. This window will give you details about Meilin and ask you to enter your desired character name. Click “Create” and your newly created Meilin will be dropped in your character selection screen.
Get more info on Meilin and enter your desired info
Meilin has nearly identical skills and weapons as Tude, therefore you will find her listed under Tude – Bonus Avatar in the character select screen.
You will ONLY find Meilin characters listed in the Tude character select screen
As we mentioned, Meilin maybe a master of Kung Fu but her skills and weapons correspond with Tude’s. Since Meilin is in a new land with new enemies, she has made do with Tude’s weapons and skill masters. To upgrade her weapons and/or skills you’ll recognize that anything traditionally reserved for Tude will apply to her with the exception of costumes.
While she shares many features with Tude, Meilin’s attacks are uniquely hers and fitted for her Kung Fu masteries. Be the first to master her and achieve greatness while exhibiting grace and power.

u kno, people keep complaining that PE is getting greedy well here's something for u to think about. the game is already free, and it's not cheep to keep this kind of thing running, so if they don't get money to help run the games, than how will you play?

All of you and I mean ALL OF YOU complaining the the company is greedy this that and the other thing need to get a life. It's how they make money. Don't buy it and shut up. Also another thing is by your RETARDED so called "logic" any company that ever made a sequal are just money grubbing asses too right? So halo, mega man, final fantasy, phantasy star, gears of war, call of duty, god of war, devil may cry, etc are all horrible franchises right? I think it's cool they make different avatars and are finding ways that people can "customize" (ie a girl who wants to play as a tude-ish char but not look like a flaming blonde) something that they don't like for some extra cash so the company that runs the game you love and play can pay all the people and bills to stay afloat ^_^

She isnt that expensive but not cheap too. I love how PW does not do luck based draw to get them unlike other games. Some games uses random draw to get yer item/costume/character. ya can spend over 100$ and still not get want ya wanted. XP I know RH has a luck based system but its pretty cheap(jewel box thingy). I'm not sure but the total profit they may be getting from RH is low to mid only. ._.

I understand all of you guys but I think those people who want this "NEW" character(refashioned Tude) just a super greedy people! I understand them too. I want to play by Meilin too, but I don't want to pay money for this. I'm sure that the Perfect World is going to give us more REALLY NEW and FREE charaters like Natasha, but not everything is going to be free, because game makers need the money to live for. Don't you understand this guys? That's why they give us payable skins(Meilin) and other bunch of stuff(EXP. boosters), but they already gave us FREE game and 4 FREE MAIN characters! BE GRATFUL PEOPLE FOR THIS WHOLE FREE GAME! So sad. Wanna play by Meilin! I love loly! But I'll be fine without her.^^

You know, if this was their only game you might have a point about them having to make money, but it's not. They have 10 games, and I would not be the least bit surprised if they all were basically where you pay for a sizable chunk of the game. Besides, look at GW, they have a one time fee for the game and an optional shop that does not include game changing stuff (more character slots, costumes, the like is all that is there), and it is truly Free to Play, everything you need to play and succeed is there in the game ready for you to get for free. That is a far, far, FAR superior business model than PWE's. There comes a point in PWE games where you have spent enough to buy another, most likely better, game, if you are a CS'er. The CS basically makes the games have an optional monthly payment.

Um, you DO know this is a licensed game, right? This is now owned by Perfect World, it's owned by Stairway Games (Windysoft is the original publisher and licensed it to PWE for outside of Korea.) PWE has little say over something they don't own, only what's allowed in the contract. You want to blame someone? Blame Stairway or Windysoft.

I think they would have sold far more meilins if they made it a reasonable price of like 9.99 then 15 for the set or atleast had an introductory price for the first weekend she was released. I would have had no problem paying that for roselle when she is released but for these prices its not going to happen.

If I were you guys, I would go GC style and make a non-cash mission available. But make it take so long and so tedious that it makes people want to pay for it instead.

Rusty hearts is not a bad game but what they do with the item mall is hard.... nearly all you should buy and not cheap.. Upgrading... NEVER i see a game when fail it 0 ! you can put in 1 item here 50.000 Euro when want and its not 20^^ Upgrading every game at fail it goes 1 down for example...! and now in this expensiv game i should buy a new charakter !!! buy Perfekt world i switch :)
