1.8 Update Preview – New Skills

The fast-approaching 1.8 update contains a great deal of new content within it. This article will cast the spotlight on one such section of new stuff, specifically the all-new class skills!
Each class in the game will receive three new skills. One of these three skills is universally shared amongst all classes, while the other two are class specific. Two skills are available at level 100, while the final skill unlocks at level 115.
Without further ado, here are the new skills broken down by class (all skills shown are at level 1, and are upgradeable):
Universal Skill – All classes will get this
Champion Skills
Heretic Skills
Magus Skills
Slayer Skills
Berzerker Skills
As always, we will be releasing more and more information about new content as we get closer to the release date. Stay tuned to both the main BoI website, as well as the boards and Facebook page to get all of the up to date information the second it's posted!

the magus shield interests me. does the dmg deflected per sec equal total mana lost per sec or is it one mana per sec for duration regardless of dmg per sec.

if you pay close attn to the patch notes and the numbers in which the versions go up then one can only assume that this patch that they claim is coming up quickly will in actuality not be here until spring of next year when the new expansion comes out which if you think about it first they were giving us previews of the expansion then they switched it to previews of patch 1.8 i think they are one in the same and the reason they are hiding this fact is that they know if it was infact true that this patch wasnt coming out until next year there would not be very many people left in this game due to all the other extremely hot games that will be coming out long before this patch does... they are trying to hook you in 1 week at a time saying its coming when in essence its not going to be here for at least anouther 3-5 months

Is the 7200 requirement nonstop, because that's kind of lame for those of us that play on a laptop and can't leave our computers on for 5 days straight.
