Player Vendor

You will only be able to set up your shop in Atlantis Square. To access the Vending interface, first open your Bag by pressing the icon at the bottom of the screen, or by hitting the "B" Hotkey. Then select the "Vend button" on your bag UI and the Vending interface will appear.

You will be able to name your own shop to something fitting or catchy, this way buyers browsing through the list can easily find out what you are offering. You can sell both items and pets; just press the appropriate tab on the UI for the items you want to sell.

To sell something, just drag the item you want to sell from your bag to the vending window and drop it. A window will pop up asking you how much you want to sell the item for. Please note that the price is for the entire stack you are selling. So if you are selling a stack of 200 potions, the price you put will be for the entire 200, and not individual ones.

When selling pets, a small menu will appear with a list of your pets, in which you can highlight one by clicking on it and then click the "Select" button. Then again the price window will pop up, asking you for the price you would like to sell for. You can view a listed pet's information by highlight the pet, and click the "View Pet Info" button. A window will appear with all of the pet's information for you to review, and check to see if this is the one you want.

If you made a mistake in typing the price, or change your mind about how much you want to charge, you can select the item or pet and click the "Re-price" button to edit your information. There's also a "Cancel" button next to the Re-price button, if you highlight an item and click on it, it will remove that item from your vend list.

When you are finished setting up your wares and their prices, click the "Vend" button on the bottom of the window to transform character into a blue tent. Now you are open for business! Clicking on the "Trade Record" button on the Vending interface will let you review the history of the trades conducted at your shop.

You cannot move while vending, so make sure you are ready before committing to sell your goods. Also, make sure to scope out what areas in Atlantis Square get more foot traffic, so you can be highly visible to other players and attract enough potential buyers.

Once you start vending, you cannot change the price of the items or pull them from the shelves. The buttons to do so will be grayed out, and can no longer be clicked. So if you have had a change of heart and want to either tinker with price, or stop the sale altogether, you will have to stop the entire vending process and start over. Just click the "Disable Vending" button on your Vending interface to stop.

In the mood to shop? Just click on the name floating above the stand to check out what people are selling. You can also click on the "Check all stores" button on the button portion of the window for a complete list of all vendors in Atlantis Square.

Selecting an item and it will tell you it's selling price, and also how much money you have available. When you've found the item you want to purchase, highlight the item icon and click "Buy." A window will appear for you to confirm your purchase. Select the amounts you want and then click "Buy" again to finish your transaction.

Buying a pet is similar to buying an item. Remember you can click on "View Pet info" to read up on all the information of the pet before you make your purchase to avoid any possible error. When you are ready to adopt the pet, highlight the name and click "Buy. to start! A window will appear for you to confirm, if everything is correct then click "Yes" to finalize the deal! Remember there is no rush so take your time!

You can acquire special items to change the look of your vending stall as well! You can find these "Vend Style" items in the Marketplace under "Functional" tab in the "Special" category. With different styles at your disposal, your shop is sure to stand out amongst the rest and attract more customers. attention!
