First Impressions
Marriage is available to all players that have reached level 50. In order to get married, the game characters must be of different genders, be on each other's friends list and have a Friendship level over 10,000. To view your current Friendship levels simply view your Friends list, and mouse over your friend's name to and a display the current level.
Getting to Know Each Other
There are two ways to raise friendship. The first is being in a party with your significant other while fighting monsters together. The longer you do this for the more your friendship will develop. It is important to note that these monsters must be high enough to yield experience.
A second way to raise Friendship is to give the object of your affection some flowers. Obtaining these flowers begins with Lynoria in Atlantis Square (location 145,220), as you will need to purchase a flower seed from her. For the seed to grow, you will need to gather some Morning Dew which can be made from combining 10 Dew Drops gathered from Green Plants on the river bank in the Foraging Grounds between 7am and 8am every day. After gathering the required materials, a player with the Handicraft skill can make them into a single rose.
To give this rose to another player, right click their portrait, select inspect to open up their character window, and click the data tab. At the bottom of the data tab is a drop down menu that allows you to select how many flowers you wish to give to them. Each flower given equals 50 Friendship points.
If you give your love 99 flowers at once, then roses will start rain down from the sky, and a huge bouquet will appear on your screen. Everyone in the nearby area will be witness this display of affection.
However, you can also bypass all these steps and purchase fresh flowers in the Marketplace if you want to save time.
The wedding quest
Once both players have reached 10,000 or more Friendship, they can go to Temoross in Atlantis (Location 213,207) and get the Engage Quest. The quest itself is not difficult to complete, but it is important to know that you must be together in a party when you do this, and that only the party leader may accept the Engage Quest.
The two players will be given different quests objectives, though both quest will be entitled Testimony of Love 1. The couple will have to go to the Realm of Dreams by talking to Mophis in Atlantis Square (Location 144,165) and complete their own objectives.
For Him:
34 The male character must speak to the Growth of Love, from whom he will be given the Testimony of Love 2 quest. After meeting the conditions and finishing the quest, report back to Temoross and you're ready to get married!
For Her:
35 The female character will have to speak to the Fairy of Love, after which she will be given the Testimony of Love 2 quest. The Party Leader will then speak with Temoross to complete this second quest. Afterwards, the leader will be ready to initiate the marriage ceremony.
The Big Day
You have the choice of picking from two different styles of wedding. The basic process involves speaking with Temoross and paying a wedding fee. The couple will be married after the fee is paid, and can start enjoying all the benefits of married life.
However, for those that are looking for something more extravagant, you can have a wedding in the romantic Garden of Gentleness if you have the Deluxe Wedding package from the Marketplace. (You will still need to pay for the wedding fee). The couple can reserve the Garden for their own private event with Dygory in Atlantis (Who's beside Temoross). Note that both characters must be present for wedding reservations to be made.
After reserving your wedding date with Dygory. A window will display a list of already reserved wedding times. Select "Order" and you will be presented a window where you will be able to select the day and time you wish to reserve your wedding. You will be able to reserve up to three days in advance.
Once you've decided on a date and time that you are happy with, confirm the reservation and enter a password. This password you enter will be used by your guests to access the Garden of Gentleness on the day of the wedding, as a precaution to keep out any potential wedding crashers.
When the special day arrives, you and your guests will receive an in game mail reminding you of the special occasion, and everyone will be able to enter the Garden of Gentleness with the password provided in the mail. Once inside and ready, speak with Sumanda to being your ceremony.
Guests can play a game of smack the balloons for prizes, or feasts on food and the Wedding Cake provided by the bride and groom to get unique items. Not only is the food delicious, they will also grant an hour long buff when eaten! Smacking balloons, and eating food at the wedding will grant EXP to that character as well. In addition to that, with each guest participating in these wedding activities, the newlyweds will gain Bliss Level that will give them special perks.
Congratulations! It was a beautiful wedding and you are now husband and wife. Make sure to take some screen shots of the wedding (Press the PRINT SCREEN button) and you will soon be able to enjoy the perks of being married.

Divorce
Unfortunately, some marriages do not last. If you have decided to go your separate ways, you have the option of getting a divorce. There are two options in getting a divorce: A Coercive Divorce, or an Uncontested Divorce. Either partner can initiate a Coercive Divorce by speaking to Temoross and paying 20,000 coins all by him/herself. For an Uncontested Divorce to be performed both players will need to be present and in a party when they agree to the divorce, the divorce fee will then be divided equally among the couple for 10,000 coins each.
